I recently underwent a knee replacement surgery performed by Mr Rohit Jain, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his outstanding care. From our first consultation, Mr Jain impressed me with his approachability and kindness. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, address all my concerns, and answer my numerous questions with patience and clarity. Throughout the entire process, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his hands. His professionalism and genuine compassion made a significant difference in my experience. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been good, thanks to his expertise and attentive follow-up care. My operation took place at the One Hospital Ashford in Kent, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The care I received was truly first class from start to finish. The hospital provided me with my own private room, complete with an ensuite bathroom, which made my stay comfortable and convenient. The nursing staff, physio ancillary team were exceptional. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. The ancillary staff also played a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additionally, the menu at One Hospital Ashford was great. The variety and quality of the meals were excellent, catering to different dietary needs and preferences, and making me feel well-cared for in every aspect. Overall, the whole experience was a good as it possibly could have been. If you are looking for an orthopaedic surgeon who combines skill with a warm, reassuring manner and an environment in which to heal, I highly recommend Mr Jain and the One Hospital, Ashford.

I have recent had a full hip replacement with Mr Jain. I was an extremely anxious patient with other underlying health problems. Mr Jain was such a wonderful man who listened to my concerns and made sure I was put at ease throughout my procedure. My concerns about my recovery were short lived as I couldn’t believe how quickly I was up walking- first with crutches then one crutch and then unaided. This all happened within 8 weeks. I will definitely be having the other hip done in time. People told me recovery was quick and I didn’t believe them but honestly it’s the truth.

My experience with Mr Jain has been excellent. I was diagnosed in September 2022 with severe Osteoarthritis in both of my hips and Mr Jain was very patient, talked me through the options and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. The pain was hindering my quality of life, so I chose the daunting decision to have both of my hips replaced (July 2023 and November 2023). It really has been the best decision I ever made, Mr Jain has been so supportive throughout, listened to my concerns and gave me the confidence that I can do this! I am no longer in pain, it is still a journey with building the strength back into my muscles (they say full recovery is up to a year), but I have been very strict with carrying out my daily physio exercises and regular walking which helps enormously. I have just come back from a lovely holiday where I was able to walk about and enjoy the sights without experiencing any pain which was just fantastic. I really cannot recommend Mr Jain enough, he has made the whole experience life changing for me.
